This website is simply a tool for mocking up meal plans, and is in no way a replacement for real medical advice. These are randomly generated diets built with foods from the USDA food database. Though there shouldn't be anything technically wrong with the meal plans the generator spits out, I am not responsible for anything that may happen to you while using this service. Basically, don't follow a diet that's making you feel bad.

Also, make sure to check out the micronutrient stats under the cumulative meal stats. The generator is geared to meet your macronutrient requirements and will often leave micronutrient deficiencies. I'd therefore suggest taking a multivitamin, but I'm not a licensed nutritionist, licensed doctor, or licensed anything, so take my advice at your own risk.

I do, however, have a hobbyist's interest in nutrition and try to keep up this page of nutrition references. If you know of a more reputable article that conflicts with something I'm listing, please let me know.
