  • Red bell pepper

    Sweet, raw

  • Soy sauce

    Regular sodium, Shoyu

Directions

  1. pre cook broccoli al dente
  2. thinly slice scallions, white and light green part
  3. Thinly slice bell pepper
  4. Thinly slice meat into strips, then cut into 1" long pieces
  5. heat pan over medium heat
  6. Add 1.5 tbsp oil to pan
  7. Add vegetables to pan and saute 3 minutes
  8. remove vegetables from pan and set aside
  9. Add remaining oil to pan and meat to pan. cook until browned
  10. Add Teriyaki sauce and reserved vegetables to pan. Heat until cooked through about 2 minutes.
