Directions

  1. Slice the green onion into small pieces.
  2. Cut the tofu in half and slice into 1 cm thickness.
  3. Spread out the tofu on the bottom of a shallow pan.
  4. Pour in the water so the tofu is submerged halfway.
  5. Add the coarsed red pepper powder, soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, minced ginger, and green onions. Simmer.
  6. Turn off the heat once desired consistency is gained and then plate it up.
