  1. Layer the slices of ham on the bottom and up the sides of a ramekin or small bowl, pressing into the creases and ruffling the edges. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  2. Crack the egg into the ramekin and add pesto over the egg. Add a few grape tomato slices and season with salt and pepper.
