Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
- Season chicken breasts to taste with salt and pepper and brush with barbeque sauce.
- Drizzle bottom of a large baking dish with olive oil. Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the dish, leaving about a 1/2" of space between each.
- Without opening the oven door for 30 minutes bake on the middle rack or until an instant-read thermometer reads at least 165 degrees F when inserted halfway into the thickest part of a breast.
- Remove from oven, let rest for 5-6 minutes, slice and serve immediately.
