  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together, the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Set aside.
  3. Mash the banana with a fork in another bowl. Add the sugar and combine.
  4. Melt 1 tbsp of butter (per serving). Lightly beat egg (should be about 3 tbsp per serving). Add melted butter, egg, and vanilla to banana and sugar mixture. Mix well.
  5. Mix in the dry ingredients until just incorporated. Pour the batter into a ramekin or small baking dish ( lightly coated with butter to prevent sticking).
  6. Bake for approximately 30 minutes, until golden brown.
  7. Let cool, and then top with any remaining butter, almond butter, and then honey.
