Chop onion & zucchini.
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
In a skillet over medium heat, saute zucchini and onion in olive oil until tender. Toss farfalle pasta with vegetables and season with salt and pepper; serve.

Flip the quesadilla and heat until golden brown on bottom. Move to plate, cut into fourths. Top with salsa and sour cream or serve on the side.
