  1. Baking The Mahi Mahi
  2. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
  3. Mix the mahi-mahi seasoning (chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper) together in a small bowl.
  4. Place the mahi-mahi fillets skin side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Squeeze the half lime juice over each mahi-mahi fillet.
  6. Sprinkle the mixed seasoning over each fillet.
  7. Bake for 17-20 minutes, or until the fillets are flaky and fully cooked.
  8. Remove the fillets from the skin and cut into small, even pieces.
