Ingredients
Coconut oil
1 tbsp or 14g
Directions
- First, you want to make sure your bananas are very ripe. The softer the banana, the better. Take two bananas and place them in a large bowl. With a fork, you want to mash the bananas until they are nearly pureed. You then take your oats and your chocolate chips, add them to the mashed bananas and mix until all ingredients are evenly spread. Add your cinnamon and stevia. Take a baking sheet and wax paper, and evenly cover with coconut oil (you can nuke the coconut oil in a cup if this makes it easier to spread on the sheet). Then take your mixed banana ingredients, and spoon a dollar-coin-sized amount onto the baking sheet. Bake in the oven at ~350 for about 10-15 minutes. Let cool, and then refrigerate. Enjoy them throughout the week!
