- Banana Nut Pancakes 1. In a mixing bowl, mash 1 banana, and then add ½ cup almond milk, 2 cups almond flour, 3 eggs, 1 Tbsp baking powder and 1 Tbsp tapioca flour. Mix until combined. 2.
