Directions

  1. Prepare rice as per package directions.
  2. Mix the soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, garlic, and worcestershire sauce together, and then add beef. Marinate for 5 minutes, or longer.
  3. In a large sauté pan or wok, heat some olive oil, then add the onion. Then add the pepper and carrot, season with pepper and additional soy sauce if desired, and cook until slightly tender (about 5 minutes).
  4. Add the beef and any extra marinade, and cook until steak is done to preference. Add additional soy sauce, as needed.
  5. Serve over rice and enjoy!
