Beef Soft Tacos

Ingredients

• Ground beef

  90% lean meat / 10% fat, patty, cooked, pan-broiled

  16 oz or 454g

• Tortillas

  Ready-to-bake or -fry, flour

  12 tortilla, medium or 552g

• Dry taco seasoning mix

  Campbell soup company, pace

  2 tbsp or 5g

• Lettuce

  Romaine or cos, raw

  2 cup shredded or 94g

• Cheddar cheese

  2 cup, shredded or 226g

• Tomatoes

  Red, ripe, raw, year round average

  1 cup, chopped or sliced or 180g

Directions

1. BROWN beef; drain. Stir in 3/4 cup water and seasoning mix. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 to 6 minutes or until mixture is thickened.
2. FILL taco shells with beef mixture. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and taco sauce.
