- 1. Cut sirloin steaks into strips and dust with paprika, salt and pepper.
- 2. Brown the steak in a hot frying pan with olive oil then remove onto a plate.
- 3. Meanwhile rehydrate the dried mushrooms in 1/2 mug of boiling water
- 4. Add the onion to the frying pan and brown for 2–3 minutes. Then add the fresh mushrooms and cook for 2–3 minutes.
- 5. Add the rehydrated mushrooms as well as the water they were in.
- 6. Allow to simmer gently for 10–15 minutes until the liquid reduces.
- 7. Serve with wholegrain basmati rice and a dollop of Greek yoghurt.
