Directions
- Take broccoli out of the freezer to thaw.
- Put a skillet on medium-high heat and add broccoli. Sauté them until they are no longer frozen. Transfer broccoli to a cuttinf board. Roughly chop into smaller pieces.
- Begin preheating oven to 350 F. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, parmesan, and salt.
- Cost a 9-inch pie plate in non-stick spray or butter. Place broccoli in the dish along with half of the shredded cheddar. Stir broccoli and cheddar together.
- Place the plate on a baking sheet for easy transport. Pour the egg and milk mixture over the broccoli and cheddar in the dish. Top with remaining shredded cheddar.
- Bake the quiche foe 50-55 minutes, or until the center is puffed and it is golden brown around the edges. Let cool slightly before slicing into eight pieces and serving.
