Directions

  1. 1. Fry onion in oil. 2. Put water, broccoli and salt into a pot. 3. Cook over medium heat to a boil, then add fried onion and reduce the heat. 4. Blender soup when it's ready (water take on the taste of broccoli). 5. Add pepper and green onions. 6. If you want you can add a little cream.
