Directions
- first prepare all vegetables according to instructions in notes above
- heat pan on medium
- add ground turkey yellow onion cilantro minced garlic and taco seasoning
- breaking up the the turkey and mixing in the ingredients continue to cook on medium until ground turkey is browned and cooked through
- meanwhile heat pot on medium and add the refried beans, the salsa and half of the cheese
- blend together over medium heat until beans begin to bubble
- reduce heat to low until ground turkey taco meat is completely cooked
- remove both the pan and the pot from heat and arrange your burritos by first spoonning bean mixture on each of the tortillas
- next spoon the turkey taco meat mixture over the beans
- lay two slices of avocado on top of the turkey taco meat mixture on each burrito and then add the remainder of the cheese, the sour cream, the tomatoes, and the green onions
- roll into a burrito
