Directions
- Preheat oven to 375F. Grease bottom and sides of pan. In a bowl, stir together diced apples, sugar, corn starch, cinnamon and nutmeg to coat evenly. Cut cinammon rolls in 1/4 inch slices and roll on a floured surface until thin. Dust with flour so it isn't so sticky. Arrange first layer in 8in x 8in pan - lining bottom and sides. Press with your hands to seal well. Spread half of apples and then drizzle caramel sauce. Cover with another layer of flattened cinnamon rolls. Spread remaining apples and drizzle again with caramel sauce. Cover with remaining flattened cinnamon rolls. Cover with aluminum foil and bake 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 10-15 minutes until the tops are golden brown. Cool at least 30 min. Dirzzle with icint that came with the cinnamon rolls, slice and serve.
