Directions
- Ponga el queso gruyere en el vaso y ralle 8 seg/vel 7. Vierta en un bol y reserve.
- Ponga el agua en el vaso y los ramilletes de coliflor en el recipiente Varoma. Situe el Varoma en su posicion y programe 25 min/Varoma/vel 1. Retire el Varoma y vacie el vaso.
- Ponga en el vaso la harina, la mantequilla, la leche, la sal y la pimienta blanca y programe 7 min/90C/vel 3.
- Anada la nuez moscada y 70 g del queso rallado reservado y mezcle 5 seg/vel 5. Ajuste los condimentos al gusto.
- Precaliente el horno con grill a 200oC.
- Ponga los ramilletes de coliflor en una fuente de horno, cubra con la salsa y espolvoree con el queso rallado restante. Ponga bajo el grill durante aprox. 10 minutos (200C) o hasta que este dorado. Sirva inmediatamente.
