Directions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F. Lightly spray a large non-stick cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray
- In a large bowl, mix together the baking mix and Old Bay seasoning. Add the cheddar and stir with a large spoon or spatula until just combined. Add the buttermilk and mix until just combined
- Remove mixture from bowl and mix slightly with hands, if needed, to finish combining. Divide dough into 12 equal drop biscuits (about ¼ cup of dough each) and place onto a prepared cookie sheet 2 inches apart. Bake for 13 to 15 minutes or until golden brow
- Remove from oven. In a small bowl, combine butter and garlic powder. Brush tops of biscuits with butter. Serve warm
