Directions
- Spray large pan with cooking spray. Cook beef until brown; season with salt/pepper to taste. Drain liquid.
- As beef is cooking, combine all ingredients but cheese and bun together. Add to beef. Bring to boil, then reduce heat to low. Allow to simmer 10-15 minutes. Bring heat to high again 1-2 minutes and stir until sauce thickens. Add in cheese. Divide meat onto buns.
