  1. Fry off your chicken with olive oil spray and a good pinch of salt and pepper; allow to cook for about 6 minutes.
  2. While your chicken is cooking, pop your flatbread under the broiler for a couple of minutes or until slightly toasted.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together greek yogurt, grated parmesan, and 1 tbsp of caesar dressing. Set aside.
  4. Once your chicken is cooked, remove from the heat and then add in the remaining 1 tbsp of caesar dressing and mix well.
  5. To assemble, spread out yogurt mix onto your flatbread, then add on your lettuce, and your caesar chicken - top with parmesan shavings.
