- 1. Preheat oven to 350º. 2. Pound the 4 pieces of pork with a meat tenderizer. 3. Melt butter in large skillet over high heat. 4. Brown pork on both sides until nearly done. Remove. 5. Add crumbled chorizo and brown, crumbling as small as you can as it cooks. 6. Add stock cube, chili, onion and garlic powders as it cooks 7. Add the shallots and sauté until they are tender. 8. Lower heat to medium low and add cream. 9. Simmer a couple minutes to reduce a bit. 10. Return meat to pan and turn to coat in sauce 11. Sprinkle the cheese over the top. 12. Pop into preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes or until bubbly and the meat is done. 13. Serve 1/4 of the sauce over each portion of meat.
