Directions
- Chop mushrooms. Heat pan on medium heat. Add oil and mushrooms. Add balsamic vinegar. Cook until vinegar is reduced and set aside.
- In a bowl mix ground chicken with parmesan cheese, garlic powder and onion powder.
- Add the cooled mushroom mixture. Form into 4 burgers (4 ounces each burger).
- Spray a nonstick pan with cooking oil. Once hot cook burgers until done.
