Directions

  1. Put the Yoghurt, tofu, cocoa powder and syrup into a liquidiser and blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into a plastic container and put in the freezer for an hour.
  2. After an hour the mixture should be frozen around the edges. Use a fork or a small whisk to break up the ice crystals then return to the freezer. Repeat every half an hour or so until the mixture is set
  3. Scoop into a bowl and serve with hazelnuts
