Directions

  1. Preheat waffle maker.
  2. Melt butter. Combine with milk, eggs and vanilla. Whisk well until combined.
  3. Whisk remaining dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Pour in wet ingredients. Whisk until smooth.
  4. Pour approximately 1/2 cup batter into heated waffle iron. Cook to desired crispness. Serve warm or cool and freeze for later. To reheat pop in toaster or warm in oven. Makes about 7 whole waffles in 7 inch round waffle maker.
