  1. Hard boil the egg, cool and chop. Chop the lettuce. Peel and thinly slice the cucumber.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté shrimp for 3-5 minutes or until bright pink and tender; remove from pan.
  3. Mix mayonnaise, pickle relish, ketchup, salt and pepper together.
  4. Place lettuce, tomato, and cucumber on plate. Mix dressing with crab, and shrimp and spoon on top of lettuce. Garnish with minced parsley and lemon slice.
