- mix water and cornflour, cook rice according to package instructions
- cut steak in strips and cook in a pan. remove from the pan and set aside
- cook the veg until soft, add 5 spice to it and beef stock. add soy sauce, vinegar, sweet chilli and honey. bring to the boil and reduce by half.
- add cornflour and water add the beef, mix it all up and serve with the rice
