Ingredients
Directions
- Place everything EXCEPT the Honey in a sauce pan.
- Bring to a boil then reduce the heat down to low, and let simmer for an hour.
- When it's done simmering, use a super fine strainer to squish the berries (make sure all the juice is strained).
- Once drained, make sure it's not too hot, and add in the Honey, and mix together.
- DO NOT HEAT THE HONEY - heating up the honey too much can strip nutrients out.
- Store in a mason jar, and keep in the fridge.
