  1. Fill deep fryer to max amount of peanut oil
  2. Chop chicken breasts into small pieces, about the size of your thumb. Remember, that the smaller you cut the chicken breast pieces the more panko crumbs you may need to cover the pieces.
  3. Marinate the chicken in buttermilk as the deep fryer is warming up. Add flour, panko and seasoning to your dry batter bowl.
  4. Piece by piece cover the chicken pieces in the mix.
  5. Fry the chicken until lightly brown for about 10 minutes.
  6. Allow them to cool slightly before enjoying!
