- 1. In a frying pan heat a small amount of coconut oil 2. Chop the onion, courgette, and pepper into cubes or slices, whichever you prefer 3. Place the steak into the hot frying pan and sear each side of the steak for 30 seconds before leaving to cook 4. Put the vegetables in the pan with the steak 5. Cook steak until desired (approx 8 minutes on each side for a medium – well-done steak) 6. Remove steak when cooked and leave to rest for a few minutes 7. When vegetables are soft and some are beginning to crisp remove them from pan 8. Slice the steak into inch thick slices and serve on the bed of fried vegetables.
