Frosted Animal Cracker Ice Cream

Ingredients

• Fat Free Milk

  Fairlife

  2 cup or 200g

• Sweetener with Monk Fruit

  Lakanto

  40g

• Whey Protein Isolate, French Vanilla Flavor

  Bluebonnet

  10g

• Sugar Free Fat Free Pudding Cheesecake Flavor

  Jell-O

  5g

• Vanilla Extract

  McCormick

  1 tsp or 4g

• Salt

  Table

  ¼ tsp or 2g

• Xanthan Gum

  Bob's Red Mill

  ¹⁄₁₆ tablespoon or 0.7g

• Frosted Animal Crackers

  Keebler

Directions

1. Blend all ingredients for the base and freeze (at least 10-12 hours)
2. Spin on lite ice cream setting
3. Do ONE re-spin, if necessary
4. Make a hole down to the bottom with a butter knife and fill with toppings
5. Run the mix-in cycle
