Directions
- Combine the turkey, garlic, chipotles, chili powder, salt, pepper and 1 tablespoon of the avocado oil in a large bowl. Mix well with your hands until the mixture is well combined. Form the mixture into 4 burger patties. (Use disposable gloves, if possible). Set aside.
- Heat a large non-stick pan with 2 tablespoons of avocado oil over medium-high heat. When the oil is hot, place the patties into the pan and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until each side is browned and the center cooked through.
- Serve burgers with gluten-free hamburger buns (see notes for recommendations) and your favorite toppings.
