- 1. Place pork belly in a Ziploc bag or a casserole dish to prep for marination. 2. Mix garlic power, liquid aminos, white pepper, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. 3. Pour mixture in the bag with the pork or pat marinade on to pork in casserole dish. 4. Massage the mixture into the pork and marinate for in the Ziploc bag for at least 2 hours. 5.
