Ingredients
Cooking Spray 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 spray or 100g
Honey
1 tbsp or 21g
Red wine vinegar
1 tbsp or 15g
Directions
- SWEET & SOUR SAUCE: - Coconut Aminos - Honey - Ketchup (lower sodium & sugar) - Red Wine Vinegar - Minced Garlic ... CHICKEN: - Ground Chicken - Onion - Mini Sweet Peppers - Chili Powder (any amount you want) - Black Pepper (any amount you want)
- NU PASTA: Follow direction on back of box. For Final step on box just move into the main stir-fry pan with the chicken, and all other ingredients.
- Mix Sweet & Sour Sauce ingredients in a bowl. Place empty bowl on food scale. After adding each ingredient hit the tare/zero button.
- Chop Onion & Peppers ( I like to use 1 of each color pepper)
- In larger main, stir-fry pan, spray quickly (2-3 second spray). DO NOT USE OLIVE OIL IF YOU ARE TRYING TO LOSE WEIGHT. Use the spray!
- Add the meat and let it cook. flipping/mixing it around. approx. 5 mins
- Add onion and peppers to that pan with the chicken. Shake on as much chili powder and black pepper as you prefer. I do about 10-20 shakes each.
- Add the pasta from it's pan into the main stir-fry pan. stir for 30 seconds
- add the sauce. Stir for another 30-60 seconds.
- Lastly, scoop it all out of stir-fry pan into 2 equally sized containers.
