Directions

  1. Heat skillet over high heat. Brown ground turkey. Remove turkey from pan. Chop veggies and add to skillet; cook until soft. Add in ground turkey and tamari; cook for another minute.
  2. Keep the grease from the meat in the pan and add the cubed squash. Cook until it begins to soften.
  3. Once squash is al dente, add the cubed/chopped zucchini and the cherry tomatoes.
  4. Cook until squash is soft, zucchini is cooked through, and tomatoes are softened, beginning to burst. Add back in the turkey and add the tamari/soy sauce. Heat for a minute or so.
  5. Serve alone, over cauliflower rice, or with another side of your choosing.
