- Heat skillet over high heat. Brown ground turkey. Remove turkey from pan. Chop veggies and add to skillet; cook until soft. Add in ground turkey and tamari; cook for another minute.
- Keep the grease from the meat in the pan and add the cubed squash. Cook until it begins to soften.
- Once squash is al dente, add the cubed/chopped zucchini and the cherry tomatoes.
- Cook until squash is soft, zucchini is cooked through, and tomatoes are softened, beginning to burst. Add back in the turkey and add the tamari/soy sauce. Heat for a minute or so.
- Serve alone, over cauliflower rice, or with another side of your choosing.
