- heat oil, cook onion, celery, garlic and cauliflower with nutmeg salt and pepper until onion begins to wilt
- Add miso and stir until incorporated
- add stock coconut milk, parmesan and bay leaf. Cook for 35 to 45 min covered until cauliflower is tender.
- blend and cook an additional 10-15 min . Add chives.
