  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, feta cheese, garlic, flax meal and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix gently until combined (over mixing will make the meat tough). Form into small patties and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt 50% of recipe quantity of butter. Once melted, add burger patties and cook about 5 minutes, until well browned, then flip and cook remaining side 5 minutes more.
  3. While burgers cook, finely chop parsley. In a small bowl, whisk together heavy cream, tomato paste, parsley and salt and pepper to taste. After flipping burgers, add sauce to skillet and simmer until burgers are cooked through.
  4. In another skillet over medium-high heat, melt remaining butter. Add shredded cabbage and cook until well browned, stirring occasionally, 5 to 6 minutes.
  5. Serve burger patties with sauce over fried cabbage.
