  1. To serve one you will need 1/2 ripe peach 30g oats 1 tsp runny peanut butter (not the set kind) 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 small pinch of salt 1 tsp honey Baking ramekin The SIMPLEST method ever 1. Preheat your oven to 180C fan. 2. Mix together the oats, peanut butter, honey vanilla and a small pinch of salt. 3. Cut the peach in half, and remove the large pip. and place flesh side down into the ramekin. If you want to use the whole peach, slice the other half into thin segments and layer in the ramekin first. 4. Top the peach with the crumble, pressing down slightly but don’t make it flat. the knarly bits will go lovely and crumbly. Bake for 10-15 minutes until the top is browned and peach softened. ✨I like to serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream but yoghurt also works well ✨
