Directions
- 1. Place noodles into a heatproof bowl and cover with boiling water. Stand for 5 minutes and use a fork or chopstick to gently prise noodles apart. Drain well. 2. Meanwhile, spray a large wok with oil and heat over high heat. Stir-fry lamb for 2 minutes or until browned. Transfer to a plate and set aside. 3. Spray wok with a little more oil and return to high heat. Stir-fry shallots, garlic and chilli for 30 seconds or until aromatic. Add beans, stir-fry for 2 minutes or until almost tender. 4. Return lamb to wok. Add noodles, soy sauce and honey. Toss until evenly combined and noodles are heated through. Scatter with basil leaves to serve.
