Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl until a sticky dough forms.
  2. Let prove, covered, for 1-1.5 hours until doubled in size.
  3. Butter a 3qt casserole dish.
  4. Using two forks to release the dough from the bowl and transfer into the casserole dish.
  5. Let prove uncovered for 10-20 minutes. While proving, preheat oven to 425.
  6. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes and then lower to 375 and bake for 25-35 more until crust is golden and bread sounds hollow when knocked.
