Ingredients
Cheddar cheese
1 slice (1 oz) or 28g
Directions
- Scrub and clean the potatoes. Cut the potatoes into even ¼-inch thick strips.
- Rinse the fries in cold water and thoroughly pat dry.
- Add the fries into a large bowl and drizzle with the oil and toss. Sprinkle seasonings over the fries and toss again.
- Transfer the fries into the air fryer basket* and cook at 380 for 10 minutes. Toss the French fries and cook for an additional 6-10 minutes until the fries are golden and crispy. Garnish with parsley if desired. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
- To a large bowl, add beef, Garlic powder, Breadcrumb and dash of salt. Season with pepper, then combine. In a large non-stick pan, heat 1 tsp oil over medium-high heat. Form beef mixture into 5-inch wide patties (two patties for if you're making left overs). Lightly press a thumb print halfway into each patty. (NOTE: Don't push all the way through!) When the pan is hot, add patties. Cook for 4-5 min per side, until cooked through.** Transfer to a plate and cover to keep warm.
- Add your choice of cheese on the pattie(s).
- Halve buns and Toast in air fryer for 3-4 min, until golden-brown. (TIP: Keep your eye on them so they don't burn!)
- Top bottom buns with patties, bbq sauce, baby field greens and top buns. Serve burgers. Enjoy!
