  3. pour the batter into a prepared baking pan or dish and spread evenly.
  4. Combine Together The Remaining 135g (.67 Cups) Of White Sugar, Brown Sugar, And Remaining 4 tablspoons (24g) Cocoa Powder. evenly sprinkle mixture over batter. slowly pour 1.5 cups boiling water over the top. DO NOT STIR OR MIX. allow water to sit on top.
