Directions
- Slowly add the dry ingredients into the wet, when mixed add about 1 cup blueberries, save a couple tablespoons. Put mixture into parchment paper in a loaf pan. Lightly press the saved blueberries on the top. Bake total 50 mins at 350, first bake about 10 mins, then cover top with aluminum foil, (top can burn quickly) then bake additional 40 mins or when all browned and cake tester comes out clean it’s done, enjoy! If desired drizzle icing on top made with confectioners sugar and milk.
