Directions
- Rinse the shrimp under cool water in a colander until thawed, then drain.
- Mix sriracha, soy sauce, brown sugar, and 1 Tbsp lime juice in a small bowl. Set aside.
- Boil water in a medium pot, add egg noodles, and cook until tender. Drain and set aside.
- Mince garlic. In a large skillet, sauté garlic in butter over medium heat until soft, about 1 minute. Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Combine noodles and shrimp in the skillet. Pour sauce over and toss to coat. Garnish with sliced scallions, cilantro, and a squeeze of lime.
