Directions
- In a pan over medium high heat, add oil, garlic, lemon zest,and herbs and cook for less than a minute.
- Add the shrimp and cook 3-4 minutes until color has changed.
- Remove shrimp from pan, wipe out pan, and return to heat.
- Add limoncello and cook to reduce by half.
- Remove from heat and stir in butter and cream. Pour over shrimp and serve.
