  1. Cut up the cooked lobsters into bit size pieces.
  2. In the same saucepan add the butter and garlic over medium heat. When all the butter has melted and the garlic cooked, add the pieces of cooked lobster and stir well. 1 minute. Turn off the stove.
  3. Chop cucumber, tomato and red bell pepper.
  4. In a large bowl combine lobster, whole kernel corn, macaroni, tomato, cucumber, pineapple and sweet pepper.
  5. Combine ketchup, mayonnaise and pineapple juice, mix well and pour over the salad. Toss lightly. Serve chilled.
