- 1. Cook lobster, remove from shell and let meat cool. 2. Clean mushrooms and gently remove stem. Chop stem into small pieces and put aside. 3. Once cooled, cut lobster into small chunks. 4. Mix lobster chunks, chopped mushroom stems, grated parmesan cheese, and cream cheese then stuff shell with mix. 5. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 6. Spray 13 x 9 or size necessary with non stick cooking spray and place mushrooms in pan. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan and bake for 20 minutes.
