Directions
- While preparing the rest of the meal, bring a pot of water to the boil. Add plenty of salt and cook rice until soft.
- In a separate pan, heat coconut oil and brown the diced beef.
- Once browned, add mushrooms and onion and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add Maggie spice and 310ml (1.25 cups) of water, and bring to the boil whilst continuing to stir.
- Add paprika and parsley, and simmer for 20 minutes or until beef is tender.
- Serve over cooked rice and enjoy.
