- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 1 loaf pan.
- Sift flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt together in a large bowl; make a well in the center.
- In a blender, blend dates and olive oil. The add eggs and vanilla. Finally blend yogurt and milk. Pour into flour mixture, then fold in mango, coconut and walnuts. Pour batter into prepared loaf pans.
- Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 50-60 minutes. Cool in the pans for 10 minutes before removing to cool completely on a wire rack.
