- Slice the mushrooms evenly and mince the onion. Finely dice the white bread.
- Coat a large skillet with cooking spray and place over medium heat. Add mushrooms and onions; cook and stir for about 4 minutes until the mushrooms begin to release their juices. Stir in the bread cubes and oyster sauce; cook and stir for 1 minute. Remove the mixture from the pan and set aside to cool. Wipe the pan clean.
